As “Quick Email Preview” name suggests, the plug-in provides facility to quickly see the email message(s) on the screen. The standard feature opens email body in separate page. So, users need to click on each of the email to view the message. System will flush and refresh the page each time user wants to see another email.
With Quick Email Preview plugin, users can view the email message quickly without going to a different screen. The standard feature opens email in a separate page which utilizes more resources and time whereas with Quick Email Preview plugin, users can view the email content of multiple emails from the same screen in the same email sub-panel. There are separate email sub-panels and note sub-panels for leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts which are all detachable as per the user requirement.
The plug-in has feature to show notes on the “Notes” sub panel. Notes sub-panel is also detachable from history sub-panel just like email sub-panel. In this way, users can see all the notes in a separate sub-panel. Both “Emails” and “Notes” preview facility is available for Accounts, Leads, Contacts and Opportunities modules.
